Single site Sauvignon Blanc from Hanging Rock, Victoria.

After seven months fermenting on skins, our Sauvignon Blanc was then pressed to naturally settle before bottling.

Textural, complex, soothing. Showcasing passionfruit and gooseberry characters typical of the variety, but backed up with texture. A wine giving complexity and acid crunch, suitable to complement both delicate and fatty dishes.

Single site Malbec Rosé from Benalla, Victoria.

Handpicked in early March 2021, before being whole bunch pressed to tank for natural settling. The juice was then transferred to a fermentation tank where natural yeast fermented the juice to dryness.

The wine was naturally stabilised over winter in the tank until it was ready for bottling. A small amount of sulphur was added prior to bottling; the wine was then transferred to the bottling line, unfiltered and unfined.

The wine pours a deep blush-pink colour. A slight haze may still remain in bottle. The wine displays aromas of strawberries and cream, with a hint of watermelon. It is soft and delicate on the palate, while still maintaining freshness.

Single site Pinot Noir from Red Hill, Mornington Peninsula.

Handpicked, natural fermentation. Aged in French Oak Barriques. Unfined and unfiltered.

Textured, bright and layered. An elegant and mysterious wine with a layered complexity. An earthy, gamey aroma is complemented by the stalky spice and cherry lift.

Single site Nebbiolo from Benalla, Victoria.

100% whole bunch, seven day ferment, aged in French oak. Unfined, unfiltered.

Juicy, vibrant, spicy. A light to medium bodied red with lots of character. Gamey and full of life.

Single site Syrah from Benalla, Victoria.

100% whole bunch, 17 day ferment. Aged in French Oak. Unfined, unfiltered.

Complex, cherry, pepper. A medium bodied Syrah with loads of crunch and spice. Showing off cherries and cassis with a juicy mid palate.
