In December 2024, Dunc took DJ to a music festival. In the midst of their merry revelling this beer was born, and no further planning was done.

On the day, we used every hop we could get our hands on (at least 8) & every hopping technique there is. With more haze than the 3am dance floor, we bring you Sup.

The star of our 2025 Fresh Hop is the Galaxy hop, freshly picked by the Hop Nation team on March 14th, at the HPA Rostrevor Hop Gardens in Myrtleford, Victoria.

Straight after the pick, the Eclipse hop flowers were driven down the Hume to the brewery & added straight away - maximising the aromatic potential of this unique annual brew.
